Jim, Technician

Jim spent over twenty-five years of his career at a major dental equipment distributor, where he served as the service coordinator, installation coordinator, and service manager, among many other roles. He loves working in dental service because every day is different, and he really enjoys talking to other people about the subject. Over the years, he's attended a variety of manufacturer trainings to expand his knowledge even further, including A-dec, Sirona, and Planmeca.

He grew up in Minnesota, attending Bloomington Jefferson High School and completing his Bachelor of Economics Degree at the University of Minnesota. He currently lives in Florida and loves spending his free time around dogs and cars.
